It was more than a single statement. It was a clickable link to take you to where you need to get to. That is quite usual on websites.

I am with Sky for TV, but BT for Broadband and I have some question to help me decide

1) With EETV packages it comes with standard Netflix can you upgrade to Standard without adverts willing to pay towards the higher spec

1a) My current Netflix is paid via Sky and it’s without adverts is the change over as simple as it’s made out

2) I want to watch TV on 2 TVs in the same house, but not at the same time (1 channel at any given time) Do I need the extra box

3) presently no BT/EE TV box, So if I join will it be the Pro box for recording that is sent

4) No arial connection but have a satellite connection will that give freesat if TV is Freesat and will I fit into the TV or EE box

5) If no arial what TV channels will I not get ( watch BBC ITV Channel 4 occaisionally)

Thank you

Thank you XRaySpex your reply is appreciated

it wasn’t easy to follow your reply as it was a single statement “EE TV Channel Guide” it’s my first time on this site it took me 15 minutes to find how to get it, and losing the will to live,

To tell you the truth it’s still leaves Questions and the site might be easy to follow for some, but in truth it’s very much a magic science to most general users I think, but it creates more answers

so I have refrained from Thumbs Up as my heart is heavy

1. Yes - you can upgrade to Netflix standard or premium by paying a little more.

1a. Yes - the billing will just transfer to EE, and your package will change automatically.

2. If you're willing to unplug the TV Box and move it to the other TV, then you don't need the extra box. Otherwise, you'll need to pay for it - even if only 1 box is being used at a time.

3. You'll be offered the choice of box - you'll want the TV Box Pro if you need to record.

4. The satellite connection cannot be used for EE TV, so your choices would be to either get an aerial installed (you can order this through EE for a flat fee of £30), or you can use the TV Box in internet mode.

5. In internet mode, you'll get the channels listed on the page that @XRaySpeX linked to: https://www.bt.com/help/tv/guide/ip-freeview-guide

Are you seeing in an email or are you coming to the Community site? The latter is the way to fully benefit from these discussions. Otherwise you get a fairly blinkered view of it.
