Was this letter in the post, or via email? Does it show your EE account number on it?

I've just checked your account, and it doesn't show that we've sent any emails or post from your current EE account since October 2nd, when it confirmed your 6 months free. I wonder if it was sent from a previous account, which won't know about your new subscription?

I am currently on month 2 of a 6/12 free Apple subscription via EE. I have just had a letter from EE telling me the fee will increase from 21/11/2025. No more details on the letter other than how to cancel if I wish. (it is properly addressed to me with my a/c number etc)

The EE website says I have no subscriptions! !

Is it a generic warning that Apple subs are increasing ready for when my offer period expires?

Does it mean my offer will expire on 21/11/2025 rather than run for 6/12?

Has amyone else had this? For a communications company it isn't very clear. The website just wants to sell me something Anything! else.

Thank you for any thoughts/advice.

Thank you DarrenDev for your very prompt & helpful reply.

It was a letter received by post and having checked the partial account number quoted on the letter it doesn't match my current EE account number so may well have been from a previous EE account.

I'm not aware of a previous EE account with an Apple subscription. A trawl through my emails doesn't show any relevant account numbers but your suggestion has been reassuring as we have had Apple before.

Thank you again for your helpful advice.
