Is your current broadband £56.99/month ?

Could be this scenario

You are within your minimum (initially 24 month) broadband term , you are looking to change your EETV package - which you say is currently Sports. You are presented with offers to change/upgrade/extend your EETV package - EE do currently seem to be doing a £40/month off the Full Works TV package for 3 months. So I think the price you see of £40.month for Full Works for 3 months tallies with that offer (ie the full price would be £80) . After the 3 months the Full Works TV package would be £80/month until the annual price rises kick in on 31st March. You would still have your broadband monthly cost in addition .Those annual in contract price rises would typically be £6/month (£4 for broadband plus £2 for TV plan). .

The missing or non displayed data on your display is your current broadband package name & package cost. That cost does seem to be totalled in the notification of price increases at the bottom .

The missing data on the display is your current broadband package.; That would seem to be a website error... The likiehood is that if you were to take one of the TV package offers that would invoke a new minumum term for TV and broadband of 24 months , of course if that were the case it should be made clear.

You should be able to flex your TV package whilst retaining your current minimum term period for TV/Broadband but that would be at the standard prices rather than the offer, Other threads on this community suggest that this flexing maintaining the current minumum term can only be done by calling in.

Hey!

I currently have NOWTV Movies, Entertainment, and Sports which I pay on NOW directly, but I am looking at potentially moving to EETV Full Works as I am currently on the Sports Plan

When I looked a while back it said it was £80pm which seemed perfect as I currently pay around £86

When I went onto the TV package plan it says it's £40 for 3 months then £136.99 a month?

This seems really expensive...?

The EE home guide also says it's £80? https://ee.co.uk/content/dam/help/terms-and-conditions/price-plans/home/ee-monthly-home-price-guide-ess-all-rounder-1-march-2025.pdf

I would suggest calling Customer Services and asking them what the options are for swapping to Full Works, sometimes it'll show differently for them.

My only thought is that the future pricing breakdown could be showing your BB + TV package combined potentially? Does seem very high, regardless of what the cause is.

I just checked, and my broadband is indeed £56.99, adding the £80 equals £136.99, which is what it says on the EETV

Thanks for all the help 🙂

I currently pay £17.99 a month for the sports, £3.99 a month for movies, £3.99 for entertainment and £4 for the ultra boost add-on (all directly to Now.) so £29.97 in total for the full package. Plus I can cancel any of it at any time.
If I were in your shoes, I would stay on the sports plan on EETV but continue to pay for the other plans directly to Now unless you value the channels being on an EPG and recordable. A big benefit of going direct to Now is that you get access to Ultra Boost which gives you UHD and Dolby Atmos, something that is still not available on EE TV.
