Now TV with EE

Hi. We have not long had our TV with EE. Am I right in thinking we also get Now TV as part of the package? We are away from home and I need to find a way to watch the F1 Grand Prix, which I can't do on the usual app for some reason, but I understand Now covers the races. Could anyone advise, please?

Yes, you should be able to watch on the Now TV app. Your Now TV login has been set to use a sky.com email address - if you're not sure what this is, or you need to change it, you can email us at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk and we can move it to whatever email address you need.

Hi. I have tried to log in, but clearly I wont have a password yet, so I have asked one to be sent to my sky.com account so I can log in. Is this the correct process, please?

As discussed via email, you were following the correct process however the email address on your account was incorrect. This was resolved by calling the helpdesk.
