The new TV Box Pro is identical inside to the one you already have - it just has a different case on it.&amp;nbsp; If you have issues with your current box then it can be replaced by raising a fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The order for your TV Box Mini was successfully raised yesterday. You should have it within a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Where is my TV pro Box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I changed from BT to EE, on the 16th Oct, I’ve had my WiFi hub delivered, but not the TV box pro &amp;amp; one mini.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to three CS reps, they all say it will be sorted, but still no tracking info ( only for the hub).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a complete mess, why is it taking so long &amp;amp;!why am I having to chase for these,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my contract has started, I’m paying for this, but no equipment, please help to get sorted&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m sorry but ringing CS , which I’ve done several times is not a solution, however if you cannot help here, it leads to one solution, as I’m not happy with the service from EE. I’ll need to contact disconnections &amp;amp; terminate, my contract, I appreciate that you guys cannot help, so thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
