Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately issues with the web site aren't something I'm able to investigate, as I don't work with that team.

The only suggestions I can make are:

1. Make sure you're logging into ee.co.uk with the same email address that you logged into these forums with.

2. Try the EE app on a mobile phone or tablet.

3. Try it in a new private browser window - called "InPrivate" in Edge, or "Incognito" in Chrome.

If none of those work, it'll need to be raised as a fault via the helpdesk. Until you've been through the activation process, you won't be able to use discovery+ in the apps, but the channels on your TV Box will work OK.

You need to activate it first, by selecting the option in the EE app, or on ee.co.uk to "Activate discovery+". It'll then take you to the discovery+ web site, where you either fill in the form to create a new login, or you use the "Sign in" button in the top right corner to log in with an existing login to pair your subscription with it.

Once complete, you'll then be able to use that login on all platforms.

This isn't an option. On the EE website. I sign in go to plans & subscription and keep getting "This service isn't working right now". This has been 3 days now!
