No tv channels on mini box

Have just switched back to BT/ee and my internet has gone live and is working fine. I have received one mini box to watch tv on, so no aerial connection. I have connected the mini box via Ethernet cable to the router and the streaming services are working fine but no freeview channels are detected and the guide is blank. I have tried resets etc but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?

It looks like your box updated overnight last night - I can see it has found its correct TV Region, and lists 186 channels. Do you see this too?

My mini has 67 channels but the pro box has 305, I have reset both and still get the same numbers, how do I get the additional channels ( marriage depends on it )

Unfortunately you may need to get some marriage guidance.

The TV Box Mini is limited to just internet channels, whereas your TV Box Pro is in aerial mode where it's receiving all channels via your aerial, plus the subscription channels via internet.

In addition to the previous response, I doubt any further internet channels will be increased on the mini box.
