Red button for football?

Does ee have the red button funtion, so you can pick which football match you want to watch?

Tried it like we usedt to on Virgin but nothing happens, was told when we signed up that it would work🙄

Dont undestand all this thing about NOW tv🤔

Any help much appreciated.

Red button choices does exist on EETV boxes on some channels.

Focusing on football matches

If the match is being broadcast by TNT Sports red button is avaible from any TNT Sports channel , you may see a prompt at times saying More on discovery+ but even if you don't pressing the red button (you may have to press twice) should give you scrollable list of live games under a Live&Upcoming banner that if selected takes you to the discovery app to view. Note that some additional football streams also appear on the parttime TNT Sports 5-10 linear channels but some are only available on the discovery+ app

If the match is being broadcast by Sky then no red button as the additional games are typically promoted as being on Sky Sports+ , and only one stream appears on the EETV box Sky Sports+ linear channel - As the EETV contract is with Now accessing the additional games are found by seperately launching the Now app from the EETV home page and finding the match there. So you will need to get familiar with using the Now app.

If you like/prefer switching between games then you may find watching via the discovery+ or Now apps easier.

Other red and green button servies do exist for somee other channels.
