Unable to record series

Hi,

Im unable to record series on my ee tv box anymore, it means every week I have to record each rugby game and F1 race if they're on and if I forget then I miss it. Why has this feature changed as it was really useful?

Hi,

I feel like mine is different though, its not that my box records everything, its that the option to record series isn't available, even on channel 4, does it still come under the same umbrella?

It's the same issue - bad data from our supplier.
