    <description>&lt;P&gt;Advice how to solve fault BTP-15001 ,IPC6007 Code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After changing from BT to EE with same equipment have had number of issues with Broadband getting disconnected and having to wait for reconnection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;broadband now seems to be working ok but EE Tv is coming up with above fault this 3rd time and after spending over &amp;nbsp;75 minutes yesterday on the phone and be told it would be sorted that day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still same fault 24 hours later&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;spent so much time on help lines and rebooting both Internet and BT Tv unit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which best way to sort this out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/fix-your-bt-error-code-problem" target="_blank"&gt;IPC6007 error&lt;/A&gt; is linked to the subscription and if it doesn't fix itself, you can try to do a factory reset of the box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've already tried that when speaking to the team, it would be best to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;contact our tech guides again&lt;/A&gt;, and open a complaint, if there hasn't been one opened already so they can continue to look at it further.&lt;/P&gt;
