It's possible you're hitting one of these.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your best option is to contact the helpdesk, who can take you through diagnostics to find if you're an affected customer, or if your issue is something new. Some can be fixed straight away, and others need further work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Every 15-20 mins - Broadband issue message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000085752.jpg" style="width: 4032px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40286i66D65C074640E2D9/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000085752.jpg" alt="1000085752.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This message has been appearing consistently for the past 4-6 weeks every time were watching any TV channel (BBC, Sky Sports, C4, BT Sport etc) on both tv boxes I have, pro and mini.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to change channel and come back to the channel to make it go away, or leave the message for long enough and it goes away itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have TP-Link powerline adapters in use for a wired connection to the BT fibre router. Iv reset the router and adapters multiple times as guided too when issues like this occur, but nothing changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions on any other's steps I can take to fix this frustrating issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
