Press play for numberpad and filters not working apple tv, was working but has stopped so no shortcut to favourites etc. Very annoying anyone had same issue and found solution? Help appreciated

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you tried rebooting the Apple TV box and restarting the TV remote?

The If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn’t working – Apple Support (UK) page has helpful steps for resetting the TV remote.

Hi Leanne

All sorted disconnected power to Apple box for couple of minutes and removed batteries from remote.

when both re powered up play button now working properly on the guide page.
