      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why am i still being charged by SKY £199.99 a month and another £50 for the pleasure of leaving, when now since I have been with EE since the 22nd August SKY told me that had not informed them that we were leaving. &amp;nbsp;EE told that they would contact SKY and organise the changeover and that I do not need to contact them it would all be done by them. &amp;nbsp;I am not amused.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The OFCOM process for migrating BB &amp;amp; landline does not include TV. You have to cancel TV contract yourself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
