Doh! Problem solved. Cutting a long story short, I had to 2 Deco devices plugged into the network, it should have only been one with the others running wirelessly from that, and it was creating an IP conflict. Unplugged one of the Decos and I have a perfect picture.

Does anyone know why my eetv live terrestrial tv channels picture would be very blocky and the sound rubbish? Netflix, NowTV, Amazon Prime, Disney, all run perfectly, so it's not my Internet connection. I'm not using aerial and my Internet connection is hard-wired. At the moment I feel as though I have wasted my money on eeTV as most of the time I just watch stuff direct on the smart tv. Thanks.

Hi @StainlessSteelR

Thanks for coming to the community.

I know how frustrating it would be to have the picture and sound not working as expected when you are trying to watch.

When you are saying it is the terrestrial channels, are you just seeing it on BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5, or is it other channels as well?

Is it constantly breaking up or intermittent?

Are you using the EE TV Box Pro or the EE TV Box Mini?

Thanks for your reply. Constantly breaking up on all terrestrial channels. I'm upgrading to 500mbps to see if that helps, but can't understand why the likes of netflix, prime, etc. are okay.

Which speed do you currently have @StainlessSteelR?

Are you watching the likes of Netflix and Prime Video through the app on your EE TV Box or is through the app on a Smart TV?

150mbps. I can watch them through eeTV box, but it's easier on app on smart tv whilst eetv box doing what it's doing.

That should be more than enough for the EE TV Box.

Is it connected by ethernet cable? If so, how far from the router is the TV box?

Have you tried to factory reset the box at all?
