    <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for broadband including Netflix, I was told my old origional subscription would be cancelled by ee, however this has not been completed. How do I get this completed as now I'm paying for 2?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you're paying Netflix directly as well as on your EE account. Please log into the &lt;A href="https://www.netflix.com/gb/login?nextpage=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.netflix.com%2FYourAccount" target="_blank"&gt;Netflix&lt;/A&gt; account and you should have the option to cancel the subscription. If you have any problems, please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;give us a call&lt;/A&gt; and our EE TV guides can get the subscription looked into for you.&lt;/P&gt;
