      <title>Aerial TV Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We want to use the aerial, but no channels are found when we do the scan. We have checked the signal and that's fine, so why is the box not picking up channels?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are 2 ports on the back of the TV Box - did you plug it into the correct one? One is for the aerial in, the other is for aerial out, to connect to your TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, how long does it take to scan for channels? Just a few seconds, or much longer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And that's the same connector that you removed from the back of your TV? i.e. you disconnected from your TV, and plugged it directly into the blue port?&amp;nbsp; Nothing else changed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
