Trying to order additional sky stream puck for sky stream

I ordered sky stream via ee and it was successful and it’s up and running but they only sent 2 pucks not the 3 I needed. Sky says I have to order the extra Sky puck from ee but ee says I have to order from Sky! This is becoming a FUBAR scenario after almost a week trying to do something very simple - ordering an additional puck!!

Thanks for coming to the community.

When you are placing the order for Sky Stream, any equipment would be despatched by Sky, so if you have Whole Home set up already and need an additional, it would be ordered through Sky.

Issue sorted after bouncing back and forth between EE and SKY. Seems there was conflicting account information between what EE has and my historical SKY account information/details. Finally got ahold of someone in SKY customer support who figured it, corrected and updated my Sky account and additional Sky pucks on their way!
