      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help me as I'm going round and round in circles.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to subscribe to Netflix but the TV is asking for a payment PIN.&amp;nbsp; I don't ever remember setting up any PIN so I've been trying to find a way to re-set it, and this is where I'm in a loop of confusion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've downloaded the App, I've looked at all the help pages which say 'select reset pin' in the bottom corner....&amp;nbsp; where on earth is that?! I can't find anything in the forum and EE don't seem to accept direct contact via the phone or email?!&amp;nbsp; I've been trying to figure this out for days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd really appreciate some help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the EE TV app on your mobile or tablet, select My TV in the bottom right corner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On that screen, then select "Reset My Payment PIN".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
