No hd channels on new ee TV mini box

Just got ee TV today and setup the main box and 2 mini box's, main box has hd channels fine but all hd channels are listed but when I go to watch it just says you need to set up or add to your TV package. Any help?, I have the complete package so it's not a subscription problem

You should just be able to click the button to enable the channel - this only needs to be done once. Have you tried it?

I've tried that but when I click ok it just goes to a blank screen and does nothing I've tried leaving it for over an hour but still nothing?

OK. And if you leave that channel and go back to it again, does it prompt with the same "set up or add" message?
