I have recently swapped to FTTP and we were watching TV on the EE TV box. I changed channels and get the dreaded ipc6023 error. No channels now load on the EE TV guide that require broadband to load. Now TV will work on the app.

It looks like it's a real issue with EE TV. If it worth ringing the help or should I just forget it and use the now TV app?

Hi @jem8472

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you are seeing this error, it usually means there is something with your broadband connection that is impacting the channels.

There are some handy troubleshooting steps on the Fixing EE TV error codes page, when you enter the error code.

If that still doesn't help, the best option would be to speak to our technical guides over the phone so they can look into this further for you.
