Hi I am trying to purchase a one day membership for now sports @14.99, when I got to completing payment they are asking for a PIN number which I don’t have I have been on the EE app and being a senior I find it just too confusing so I would be grateful if the community could help me with this please

How were you trying to purchase the Now Sports one day membership? Was it in the Now app or through your EE account?

Thank you Michael I phoned EE and was able to get my PIN number to access my passcode so did get to watch the football 😊

Just a heads up, I get Sky Sports through Now TV for £17.99 a month which is only £3 more expensive than a day pass.
I have a separate Now account from my EE one so I can access the UHD sports channels.
