    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a similar issue. I spoke to the EE guide, related all the processes I had gone through to get up and working again, and they agreed that the network card was the issue. I was able to say that the box worked fine with an ethernet connection, but not without.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a new box within two days, and returned the faulty one. EE called me a couple of days after receipt to ensure that I was up and running again... good service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , I've had EE fibre and TV boxes since April . The main TV box connected via ethernet cable works perfectly well but both the TV mini boxes have regular issues whilst&amp;nbsp; watching programmes the box loses internet connection and yvm102 fault code is appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way to reconnect them to the internet is by removing the power cable and resetting the box.&amp;nbsp; Both mini&amp;nbsp; boxes are&amp;nbsp; connected via WiFi to the EE smart hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive read a few posts about this issue but not found any fixes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both boxes are on the latest software and WiFi signal is good when working .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help Paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>
