I can't see anywhere on the EE website or app where it shows the prices for each tv package. There is no way to downgrade using the EE website or app. I have spent over an hour on the phone other than EE and no one seems capable of explaining the tv pricing to me or able to downgrade me. Why are EE making it so difficult to downgrade? The flexible tv package concept appears to be a myth.

Now EE are telling me they can't downgrade my package because my account has errors which they can't explain.

Sorry you're not having the best experience @Mangocat

It's not currently possible to change your package online, so calling us is the only way to do it.

I can see you've had a few issues since you joined, and these have been manually corrected - this can sometimes put accounts into a confused state, where the ordering system cannot then workout what options you have.

Your account will be passed to the data integrity team to manually correct it, after which you'll then be able to raise orders accordingly. Hopefully this will have all been explained to you on the phone.

Sorry for the inconvenience - they're doing their best to improve the ordering experience, but it's taking a while to iron out all the bugs.
