I have entertainment with my package but channels are locked they have a padlock next to them .

it says I have to buy them with EE

I've just checked your account - you bought the Big Sport package, which doesn't include Entertainment. To add it, you'll need to give us a call.

Ah sorry, I can understand your confusion.

No, the Now TV entertainment package isn't included. I believe the current price is £9.99, but you're best to call to confirm/order.
