      <title>Very bad customer service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two weeks ago i made complaint and was told yes it will be looked in &amp;nbsp;today I get a text to return equipment &amp;nbsp;so I rang up &amp;nbsp;and was told the person how is dealing with my case will be in after 4pm today &amp;nbsp;and I will email as a matter of urgency surprise surprise no got back to me so I’m no more the wiser ? Any advice from anyone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks northerner haven’t received any correspondence just that Text saying you need to return the equipment so I don’t know what’s going on. It’s like ee is &amp;nbsp;imposing everything&lt;/P&gt;</description>
