Seems WBD are introducing a third pack tier into the UK market for discovery+ .

Any impacts for the EETV package contents for those on present contracts or those taking future ones ?

Burried in the detail there is

However, the new TNT Sports only plan is not available via BT or EE.

There's still the issues of BT/EE selling there stake in TNT Sports to WBD.

Not sure what will happen when HBO Max is available in the UK as Discovery plus offers different content.

However I see that Sky have done a deal with WDB for HBO Max content to be included in the Now app so this may mean that EE don't need to negotiate as long as Now is offered through EE.
