    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry that you haven't been properly kept up to date&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3652012"&gt;@Tvnotworking&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- a problem has been identified at your exchange, that is also affecting some of your neighbours too.&amp;nbsp; I believe it's due to be patched on August 14th, so you'll likely be without full service until after then I'm afraid.&amp;nbsp; For now, you'll only be able to use the apps on the TV Box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Needless to say, you'll be compensated for all the time that you've not had service - this will be sorted when the fault is fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
