Apps not opening with ethernet

Hi, just had EE Pro Hub installed to replace BT home hub . On WiFi Now, ITV and our LG TV apps work. Our sound bar can’t be found ! If I plug in the Ethernet cable the sound bar restores but some of the Apps (Now, ITV and our main LG app doesn’t work … as some as I unplug the Ethernet cable the apps all work again !! Any thoughts what’s going on here ????

How is your sound bar getting sound from your TV ? Is that via

HDMI ?

Optical Cable?

Bluetooth?

Or WiFi ?

Where are you plugging in the Ethernet cable ?
