    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought a Samsung TV through EE and it says it came with 24 months of TNT Sports.&lt;BR /&gt;Got the TV but absolutely no information about the sports thing and I have no idea how to activate it.&lt;BR /&gt;There’s absolutely no info with the TV or in any email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;When I checked TNT Sports and entered my phone number, I it said there were no subscriptions to be activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read another post here about the same issue years ago and that person said the problem was solved when EE sent them a text to confirm that the package had been activated seven days after their TV arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;It’s now been 10 days since my TV was delivered and I’ve received no information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've read elsewhere that the code for the discovery+ subscription (which includes TNT Sports) is sent 14 days after receipt of the new television set - the logic being to stop people redeeming the free/inclusive subscription and then sending back the TV under the 14 day cooling off period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also read comments that this alas isn't made at all clear in any information provided by EE - if that is the case, then it's too bad as it will waste the time and effort of both EE customers and EE staff trying to help them!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
