      <title>Issues with EE TV app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Hello,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;have the following issues with EE TV app sometimes find that when I send a recording to the box by the TV app the following message appears at the top of the app recording clash but there is no recording clash and this seems to happen more frequently, have removed the app and install the app again but no good.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Thanks&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Clearly the data that Youview/EE already have for your box suggests that your new recording request will clash with a future recording. . Do you set series recordings ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only way the app could tell you that there's a recording clash is if the TV Box replied with that message when the recording attempt was sent to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Given that you've also mentioned that you're having issues with recordings failures, it does sound like something strange is going on with your TV service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don't appear to be logged into the EE TV app, so I'm unable to view the logs for it.&amp;nbsp; It would be great if you could log into &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and then add your account to your EE ID.&amp;nbsp; You'll then be able to log into the EE TV app with the same EE ID, and I'll be able to see exactly what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your EE account isn't currently associated with your EE ID&amp;nbsp;@Profile closed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please log into&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/exp/migrate/link-your-products" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/exp/migrate/link-your-products&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and then select "Broadband customers" to link your broadband with your EE ID.&amp;nbsp; Once done, the error in the EE TV app should disappear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No - the recording functionality in the app isn't connected with the login/subscription side at all.&amp;nbsp; Logging in only helps me identify your device, so that I can then view exactly what it's doing, and what your TV box is saying about your recording requests.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Annoyingly, I still can't view your logs as your EE TV account failed to associated with your EE ID when you moved from BT to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've updated it now.&amp;nbsp; Can I ask you to please log into the EE TV app again now with your EE ID.&amp;nbsp; I'll then be able to find your device, and search back through the logs to see what's going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;@Profile closed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The good news is that it's working exactly as it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see your logs now, and can see you going through the TV Guide and setting up recordings. A few times, you've clicked a programme, scheduled it to series record, then clicked another episode of that same programme and scheduled it to ALSO series record.&amp;nbsp; When you do this, the second one fails with an error because it's already scheduled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do see an area for improvement in the EE TV app - the warning isn't very clear on this.&amp;nbsp; It says the recording has clashed, but not that it's clashed with an existing recording for the same programme. I'll update the app to ignore errors like this, as ultimately the result is the one you wanted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You were clicking buttons a few seconds apart - the box doesn't react that quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rest assured it's working as expected, but I'll see what I can do to make it clearer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
