Hi @Fully1

Thanks for coming to the community.

I can understand your frustration when that error appears when you are trying to watch something.

It certainly sounds like you have tried most of the basic troubleshooting steps we'd go through, but there are a few more to try when you enter the error code on our Fixing EE TV error codes page.

If that still doesn't help, I'd recommend giving our tech guides a call, and they can look into this further for you.

I am completely fed up with EE. Since the change from BT my TV has repeatedly shown YVM error code and refuses to connect to the internet.

The app is so confusing to navigate that I end up giving up in frustration. I have resorted to watching channels on my phone because they are more reliable than the TV box.

I have unplugged, reset, searched both wireless.and wired connections and spent over an hour watching a screen endlessly search for connection.

Any help would be appreciated .

If you have tried a wired and wireless connection it would suggest the issue is with your broadband not the TV box, are other devices suffering? Deffo agree calling tech support is going to be your best way forward as they will get to the bottom of it but you will need to be willing to work with them.
