Hello can anybody help me with this compensation with EE? I tried to explain to EE that I don’t need the Internet like BT or EE Internet package for a Sky pack streaming device as I can connect it to any Internet divider like it says in the screenshots. I spoken to a EE guide over the phone and he couldn’t understand my talking over the phone he keeps saying that I need a Internet package with the sky puck streaming when I don’t need to it says on Google I have a existing Sky account from Sky and I can connect to sky to anti Internet divider. I believe EE is trying to scam me to get Internet as well with this package when I don’t need it as it says below in the screenshots that I don’t need to have Internet with EE can anyone help me with this.

Just to confirm - you're trying to order Sky Stream via EE without taking any other EE service?

Why not just buy Sky Stream from Sky directly?

You don't need EE internet to use Sky Stream, but you need some form of billing relationship with EE to be able to order anything from us.
