What is happening when you try to access Paramount?

Is it the app on the EE TV box?

Do you have a Paramount subscription set up?

I have a subscription through EE it was part of the sign up deal. Asks
Me to log in then won’t accept my password so I’m trying to reset the password but it won’t let me use it on my TV I can log in fine on my phone.

On the Box Pro the Paramount + App does I believe allow you to sign in on your Tv but also On the Web by visiting paramountplus.com/tv and inputing the code displayed on you TV screen. (A scanable QR code is also availabe on the screen)..
