Hi guys

just moved to EE tv from virgin tv and so far I’m not impressed. TV box is over complicated. How did any else find changing over and how you finding it now????

The interface has just been changed for the first time in years to streamline things a bit that I am sure you will get used to.

You have a 14 days cooling off period to cancel without charge if EE TV isn't for you.

I think @Weerab2024 as a new mover @Robhig007 may not have experienced the older interface. However as some help and user documentation will still reflect older screen layouts there is scope for confusion.

It is always valuable to have new users view of the product .
