To be billed by BT/EE, the add-on needs to exist on our ordering and billing systems. That's what's holding everything up - for the same reason that it's not currently possible to have EE TV on 1.6Gbps broadband.

Is there a reason that no provision is available to EE/BT customers who have been sold a Now package (either on its own or as component of an EETV package} by EE /BT cannot add NOW Ultra Boost to use on those devices that offer the higher quality 4K programming. Whilst I understand that currently the EETV devices are not included in the Now devices that offer the extra features of Ultra Boost it is reasonable to expect that Now customers billed by EE/BT be able to have Ultra Boost as an optional addon to their existing NOW account so they can use it on those device that do support it. NOW direct enquiries to EE/BT where the account is billed by them ,
