Apps Constantly Freezing

yet again, EETV keeps freezing.

ITVX

watching content, screen goes blank with no sound…. 10mins later no change. I have to go back to “Home” and restart.

GBNews

watching content, freezes after less than 5mins. I have to click “go back” or “home” to restart. **bleep** freezes again after less than 5mins.

im paying for a service that I’m not getting.
this is a repeat problem and has been from day one.

guess I’ll have to log a complaint… which is a waste of time

Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to flag these issues, too.

I can see when you reported issues with GB News freezing back in March, and we advised that there was likely to be a fix incoming; did things improve from there, or have you continued to see the same issues?

Also can you please describe what exactly is happening with ITVX, for example does this issue seem to occur at any particular time, or is it random?

You replaced the hardware for me. GBNews worked for a few days then back to normal. Now it just freezes with 5mins every time … constantly

freezes every time the content reaches an advert section, screen goes black, sound goes off doesn’t come back on even after 10mins… does this every time we load ITVX

To be honest I’m fed up with it…

worst streaming service, even worse than Sky stream….

I'll feed this back, but in the meantime, how is it you're connecting with your TV box?

Is this via an ethernet connection, or are you using WiFi?
