      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting code YVM102 after switching my box today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a wired connection that is good because I have my desktop next to my box and swapped the leads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Box powered off/on&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and no effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Router restarted and no effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE Tech support uncontactable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can even find an email address for you guys.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone support is +1 hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know I am only a customer, but what am I to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have another ethernet cable that you could try? Just to rule that out being the problem.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried different cables and different ports.&amp;nbsp; I managed to speak to some and it looks like the hardware but they won't replace the unit until an engineer comes out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
