Mini TV box showing btp 15000

Just tried to set up my new mini box and getting code btp 15000 and won’t let me view any channels.

I am an EE TV customer and my main TV box works OK, letting me view all channels including my big sport channels

Can anybody please help?

Your main TV Box activated on your previous BT broadband line.

Your EE Broadband line and new TV service only activated today, and haven't paired up with each other yet - this should happen later this evening.

Try again in the morning ... it should start working.
