Hi new to this, just changed from sky to reduce costs and my tv keeps freezing and buffering any ideas of how to improve this

not sure by changing to EE tv I’ve done the right thing?

It keeps buffering and freezing on all channels it’s ridiculous, I thought changing from sky to reduce the costs it would be good, starting to regret it

Which TV box and what how is your WiFi signal as it sounds like that is the issue.

Have you tried restarting your box.
