For some unknown reason since the last update, which I think was just a guide, I cannot get BBC One BBC Two, ITV or Channel 4 and 5HD at all yes I have but nothing has changed and my settle since the last update they’ve now dissipated. I don’t know what to do. I like having the idea I’ve been able to record quite a lot and catch it up later taking out the annoying advert. Any ideas?

Try retuning the box. If this doesn’t help there might be an issue with your signal and your aerial.

You could also consider switching to IP/internet mode.
