    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. First post here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already done everything that has been recommended to everyone else that I can find.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When watching the "broadcast live channels" my box buffers very frequently.&amp;nbsp; I have 135 mbps according to the Netflix tester. It never buffers when watching on demand programmes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have hard reset the box, checked that it has latest updates, unplugged it and plugged it back in, but the buffering remains.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plugging in a network lead isn't practical due to location.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? Or is my box broken?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS - All the time I've been typing, it hasn't stuttered once. Do you think it knows what I'm doing? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_squinting_face:"&gt;😆&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's always how things seem to go with tech... problems suddenly right themselves just when you try and seek help for them!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Out of interest, what sort of distance is there between your TV box and your EE Hub, and is there anything like thick walls or a fish tank that could be difficult for your WiFi signal to pass through?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also are you aware of any other devices nearby that could be interfering with the signal?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Peter,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The box is connected via a mesh system, the nearest router being around 6m away and with only a wooden floor in the way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried moving the box away from the television, that being the only local device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot understand why there have never been any issues using streaming services, BBC iPlayer Now TV. Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. We only have issues when watching live TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot see that this is a wifi connection issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karl.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I know you mentioned in the original post that it seemed to be working OK now. If the issue has returned, it could be worth speaking with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/ee-tv" target="_blank"&gt;Technical Support team&lt;/A&gt;, so they can run some tests from our side.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keep us posted on what happens. It would be really interesting to know what was causing the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
