      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you are well and happy new year. I’d appreciate some support on getting my new EE TV Pro Remote to pick up the volume of my soundbar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my old sky stream remote worked with both my Samsung tv and Bose soundbar to control the input and volume.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the EE remote controls the Samsung no problem but when I try to change the volume it’s trying to change the input on the TV and not on the soundbar. I can’t find any instructions to add my soundbar into the remote programming.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be massively appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I add my voice to this topic.&amp;nbsp; I had a BT TV box which went rogue last week and EE have sent me a replacement.&amp;nbsp; The new box neither controls the volume on the TV as the BT one did nor will it turn the TV off when depressing the EE button as the BT one did.&amp;nbsp; It would seem that the remote is not connected to the TV at all, only the EE Box.&amp;nbsp; I have checked that the sound settings are on stereo, not surround sound and I am using a Panasonic TV and Panasonic sound bar.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this will help as I don’t know if the box has this but have you got the HDMI cable plugged in to the HDMI ARC port. Obviously your TV also needs to have a HDMI ARC port. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have a read of&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.whathifi.com/advice/hdmi-arc-and-hdmi-earc-everything-you-need-to-know" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;THIS&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Indeed I have. I simply unplugged the old BT box and replaced it with the&lt;BR /&gt;EE one.</description>
