      <title>New to EE TV and Broadband, Now TV and TNT Sport Access Issues.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just joined EE broadband with EE TV and taken the sports bundle for sky sports and TNT sports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now TV is stating that I have no subscriptions and the TNT channels are giving internet connection errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on how I resolve these issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE Broadband is active and I can watch channels on the EE TV box. The TNT sport channel, on the channel guide, come up with an error that suggests broadband is off, which it clearly isn't. now TV doesn't see my sky sports subscriptions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bjonk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my EE email straight away as my old virgin one will be gone in 90 days. The now TV account uses the same email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Once they've confirmed this, if you head over to the &lt;A href="https://www.nowtv.com/gb/forgotten-password" target="_blank"&gt;NOW Password reset page&lt;/A&gt; and pop in the correct address, this should allow you to reset it and then log in to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
