I did the EE switch and was assured that they would stop my billing from Now Sports. I suffer with mental health problems and have been paying for both services for over6 months. I have been in store and verbal assaulted by the manager.
can any body help me to get my refund, I can go in store and create drama.
is that the right way forward to get what’s owing to me. EE have been no help what’s so ever. I have no gas, no food, what would you do ?

@MACKNINE : No one here can see your Now TV payment history nor would they want to. You need to contact them to cancel your subscription.
