Loud buzz from EETV Pro box

I’ve only had my EETV box for a few days but the constant loud buzzing sound is driving me mad. Is this normal for the EVTV Pro box?

it doesn’t sound like a hard drive spinning, more like the buzzing you sometimes get when you put a really high powered electrical item on, like a radiator.

Welcome to the Community.

The EE TV box shouldn't be making a noticeable sound in that way. I'd recommend getting in touch with EETV Customer Service where our technical team will be able to check and discuss what steps they want to take with the box.
