Mini tv box won’t stay connected

Hi , I have one main box and one mini.
it’s seem my mini box will not stay connected I’ve only had for four weeks and have had to do a factory reset 4 times already! It’s this a known issue

If it’s connected by WiFi to an EE router, then yes it’s a known issue, and it’s being worked on.

I have the same issue - I have to unplug the power from the mini TV box once a day to rectify the problem
