Hi @Jr1948

Is the correct sound output selected on your Panasonic TV? Also, in your EE TV settings, check this one:

In the EE TV box settings, under "TV Signal & Quality", change the "HDMI Audio Format" to "SURROUND" or "STEREO" depending on your soundbar's capabilities.

Let me know how you get on.

Chris

Thanks for that . Yes I have ensured 1 lead goes from arc to soundboard
and have checked both the ee settings and TV settings. Have even stopped
hdmi cables around . ..?

Have you tried power-cycling both devices, @Jr1948?

Also, may be worth checking to see if there is a software update on the EE TV box and the soundbar.

Hi again @Jr1948.

Power cycling in this context would be unplugging all affected devices and leaving them unplugged for at least 20 seconds, before setting them back up again.
