&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting your TV box and router? It may also be worth checking to make sure it's on the latest software.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just go to Settings &amp;gt; Software Information.&lt;/P&gt;
