Why does EETV app it not let me watch anything?

I have the EE TV app and I see you can watch NOW channel on it but nothing shows up on the screen. It also says I'm not watching any channels at all on continue watching. Can you watch anything on this app apart from the few sports channels and rental programs. Any help appreciated.

@Brooster66 Has your now tv account been setup? Have you checked your account info on broadband?

Hi, I believe so, I can watch on EE box but nothing registers on app

What device are you trying to watch on? NOW Channels are unavailable through the EETV app unless running on an EETV supplied Apple TV 4K.

You can instead download the NOW TV app and use that to watch your Subscription channels on other devices.
