    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just made the switch from BT to EE. When joining BT I subbed to TNT Sports, have their set top box and was emailed Now TV user details info (my email address). I never used it as I was happy with just the set top box and D+ app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With EE I have switched to Big Sport. My Sky Sports &amp;nbsp;channels have appeared on the set top box but I can’t access them in Now TV app as I can’t change the password. I do not receive the link to change in my email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to have Now TV via a second email address. My credentials there work but I have no channels as this is separate to my EE account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like your Now TV account registration wasn't completed, and this is why you've not been able to get access. If you &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;give our team a call&lt;/A&gt; they should be able to get this reset for you, so you have the access you need.&lt;/P&gt;
