Logging in to Now TV app

Just made the switch from BT to EE. When joining BT I subbed to TNT Sports, have their set top box and was emailed Now TV user details info (my email address). I never used it as I was happy with just the set top box and D+ app.

With EE I have switched to Big Sport. My Sky Sports channels have appeared on the set top box but I can’t access them in Now TV app as I can’t change the password. I do not receive the link to change in my email.

I used to have Now TV via a second email address. My credentials there work but I have no channels as this is separate to my EE account.

Any help would be appreciated

It sounds like your Now TV account registration wasn't completed, and this is why you've not been able to get access. If you give our team a call they should be able to get this reset for you, so you have the access you need.
